Registration Process
The registration process for our programs is simple. You can easily sign up online through our website by filling out the registration form with your child's details. Once the form is submitted, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the enrollment.
A registration fee of $30 is required. This fee contributes to the cost of an A&A shirt (welcoming you to the team) and/or a sports jersey. Additionally, this fee supports the essential resources needed to ensure the program operates effectively.
Program Schedule
Our programs run on a weekly schedule, with specific days allocated for each activity. You can view the detailed schedule for each program on our website or contact us directly for more information.
Safety Measures
At A&A Athletics, safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our activities are conducted in a safe environment, with qualified instructors supervising the kids at all times. Our facilities are equipped with necessary safety measures to provide a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options to make it convenient for parents. You can choose to pay for the programs weekly, monthly, or quarterly. We also provide discounts for siblings enrolled in multiple programs.
Parental Involvement
We encourage parental engagement in our programs. Parents are invited to attend sessions, monitor their child's development, and take part in special events. Nevertheless, our instructors are highly skilled in their roles, so if you choose to leave the premises or remain in your vehicle during their time here, that is completely acceptable. We simply request that you return at least 10 minutes before the conclusion of the session.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is crafted to ensure fairness and transparency.
We do NOT provide refunds. If you need to miss a session, you have the option to reschedule it.
Academics
In addition to our sports and recreational programs, we also focus on academic enrichment. Our academic sessions are designed to complement the physical activities and provide a well-rounded learning experience for the kids. We offer tutoring, homework assistance, and educational workshops to help students excel in their studies.
